i have a proper computer table withe mouse,computer screen,usb,motherboard.occassionally,i do find some drinks glass kept on it(forgotten by someone).so, whats on your computer desk???

Hi I am afraid I don't have a table just my lap! I use a laptop, mostly sat on the bed as the internet is in that room, I dred to think what would become of a table if I had use of one! If I spend all evening on here my bed slowly gets covered in pens/papers/mobile/lighters/ashtrays (horrid smoker I am sorry!)oh its endless the amount I have to clear up before I can turn in and usually a pen or something finds its way into the bed to poke you later as you turn over hehe [Sammy_pink]

oh boy.........let me start from the top and work my way down: on top of my monitor i have a stuffed frog holding a million dollar bill, no it's not real......the frog or the bill. on the top of my desk i have monitor mouse pad and mouse a little lamp a a little fan ashtray, cigarettes, and lighter (DON'T START) a container that has a stapler, staples, scissors, a ruler and other office crap a little container with paper clips a pen a notepad all kinds of little pieces of paper with notes and other scribblings that most of them don't mean anything anymore speakers a coaster that right now has a half full beer can on it, sometimes it has a glass of some type of beverage or another sometimes, some kind of food product oh yeah.....a toothpick DUST, DUST, and more DUST. on pull-out keyboard shelf keyboard pens a little basting brush i use for dusting (doesn't see much action) remote control for the little TV by my computer shelves underneath printer phone books notebooks envelopes waste basket miscellaneous junk on my computer tower couple of magazines mic i really need to clean more often........someday. I have a small computer table aswell. It has two narrow, long white vases on it with fake white rose bouquets in them (I can't keep real flowers alive, lol.. plus this is a cheap solution to allways have flowers around). Also there is an old valentines card my boyfriend gave me years ago and which I like so much I keep it on my computer table at all times. Also there is a mousepad and a wireless mouse and off course my laptop itsself. A couple of christmas napkins I use for making crafts, a flyer for a psychologic test by a master student I am helping out and some notes with stuff I have to do. It's pretty tidy. [cyberfluf]
That's true, with kids around it's hard to keep everything tidy (if not impossible), lol! I once gave my mom fake yellow tulips as a joke. I know she really hates them but she didn't want to give me the satisfaction and put them on the coffeetable in a nice little vase for a long while. Untill my fosterbrother found out that they were very nice toys aswell. Oh well, another problem solved as my mom didn't want them anyway lol. [cyberfluf]
Junk, just plain junk, I can not keep this computer table clean and organized. This is where I spend most of my time. I am jobless, friendless and the computer is my friend. I have a calculator, my cell phone, my landline phone, pencils, notepads, sudoku books, I even made me a bulletin board on the wall behind the desk to put my post it notes, and regular notes on. I have a dictionary, all this alone with the things that goes with the computer, speakers mouse etc. [Chevee]

Hmmm ... starting from the top, there are three little owls on top of my monitor, standing on top of my daughter's Air Force epaulet which is taped on. On the desk is my diary (open to this week), a little magnetic thingie with a cluster of brightly coloured magnetic fish, two Werthers sweets, a glass bear filled with pens and pencils, a pile of scrap paper, a plastic box with my half-finished novel in it, the rates bill which I'm going to pay today, a small glass bottle with a ship and a lighthourse inside, a pink tape measure, my iPod, my phone, some little stones with inspirational words printed on them, some post-it notes, a small tube of sunscreen, a comb, my fountain pen, a complimentary Gordon Ramsay mini cookbook which came with the paper on Saturday and a coaster which I use for my coffee cup. Whew. A mess. (Ah ... amend that to ONE Werthers sweet ...) [guybrush]

If I am busy, my hubby will give me tea, that will be lying till I leave the table. well i have book and a printer and a cd rack build in my computer deat it,s a corner large desk.my big dell under the desk and i have the monitor on the desktop.i have my cordless phone hooked up ther on one of the selves.also have some candle ther on the desk top.it, pretty arganized though. Well my computer desk is a bit of a mess. There are 3/4 books I am currently in different stages of reading, I have my mobile phone, my landline phone a clock, my speakers, monitor, a small lamp, my tower it there so I can get to the USBs easily, my modem, an empty cup that will be refilled later, pens and pencils, computer speakers, screen wipes for my monitor.. It is a computer desk but also has a large space for keeping other stuff on as well. There are in the UK computer workstations and those only just have enough room for the monitor and keyboards on top and the tower underneath. Our computer is on a desk with a fax machine, pens, telephone, paper and sellotape. My husband uses it for work and I use it for computer work so everything is close at hand. We also have a drinks mat as sometimes you can spemd hours a the desk and you need refreshments. [jmtdgtsam55]

LoL a bunch of junk. From papers that I haven't looked at, but need too, to nasal medicine (long story). To a DVD player, to DVD movies, to kid crayons, and a kid magnetic talking toy (it was confiscated from them for being disobedient, maybe I'll give it back since you made me think of it), to a 20 inch Television on top of my computer cabinet. Heck, I even have the HDTV converter box on top next to the TV. I have my house keys, and even a stick of deodorant. [hdjohnson]

My Computer table has Monitor, CPU, Key board and mouse and USB has been kept beneath the table. I've recently added a printer along with a scanner to it. I do not take tea or cold drinks etc., while working on my home PC and have stricly prohibited kids also not to take any thing, while sitting on computer table. If anything gets spilled, computer or key board might get effected, unnecessarily. [dpk262006]

I have quite a few things on my computer desk. I try to keep the stuff as neatly stacked as possible, even when there are a lot of things on it. Currently on my computer desk, there is a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, monitor, pen, my cell phone, my flash drive, headphones, mail, a CD, and a computer game. My computer desk has my computer speakers, a printer, my monitor, blank DVD's, ashtray, cigarettes and lighter, Misc papers, a picture of my partner in a frame below my monitor, a lose picture of him as well sitting by a cup full of pens.
