hi friends, i am very comfertable with my computer system, because, it is easy to type the message, as normal as typing, but in laptop for me little difficult, when i touch that it will scroll automatically, so, i am not comfortable with that. in system, i can type without any distabance.so, in which system do you work. in which system is confertable for you.

I have desktop computers and one laptop and I'm comfortable with both. When I first got the laptop it was a little bit difficult for me to use but the more I used it, the more comfortable I became. I have a desktop computer and I like it and am very comfortable with it. I have use other people laptop and fine that they are a little bit more touchy then the keyboard of a desktop. I think if I used a laptop more often I would get use to the touch of the keys. [happy6162]

I have both desktop computer & laptop. To me, both are comfortable. I dont have any problem in typing as I can type without seeing the touchkey/keyboard. But I think I used laptop more often as laptop is more mobile and convenient. [mawong79]

Right now all I have is a laptop. I've had desktops in the past and they both have advantages and disadvantages. I am more comfortable with a desktop, but the laptop, obviously, is more portable so I can take it in the other room or even away from home. [peavey]

i have both laptop and a desktop.. im comfortable working in both.. u said that while typing in laptop it is automatically scrolls.. thats because when you type in laptop ur thumb or other fingers might have touched the mouse pad so abviously the cursor will move somewhere and you find it difficult.. try to type and make sure your hands are not touching the mousepad of your laptop..examine this and you will find it out.. happy mylotting. I bought my laptop just about a year ago and at first it was a bit of getting used to just because of the fact the I was used to working with my desktop but after about a week or so I was used to my laptop. The hardest thing for me to get used to was the mouse, I just had to get the hang of where the pointer placed itself with where my finger was. Now that I am used to it getting back onto the desktop feels different especially the keys. [froggieslover]

I am using a laptop. I have been accustomed to using it since I have this for almost a year already. At first, I really find it very awkward and uncomfortable. But I now, I am breezing through it like a pro. I can even type without looking at the keyboard. Though I am using a mouse pad instead of its internal pad for browsing and clicking since I find it easier and faster. [jpso138]

I think that the keyboard on laptops generally is pretty small and compact and so it's difficult to type properly. I prefer desktop computers over laptops. I am a typist myself and I find it much easier to type on a desktop keyboard. Some people will prefer using a laptop rather than a desktop and everyone has their own preferences I guess. I feel comfortable working on my desktop because it's easy to type using the natural keyboard and not only that, the external mouse is much better to use compared to the laptop's built in trakpad or takball and besides it feels better working on a large screen. Although I have a good laptop, I just reserved it for emergency purposes like when going out or when there is no electricity in our place. [dekada80]
Hi neelima, I am also comfortable with desktop. I am doing work in desktop for longs years and I used to do with the same. Regarding laptop I am confused with the touch screen and it may take time to do something in it. Hi, Neelima! I think I prefer to use the personal computer to laptop, but ever since it is out of order and needs to be fixed, I have been using the laptop. I am used to it already, so, I have no problem if I have to choose between these two. Hi Neelima! I work through my desk top computer. I have not tried laptop as much. I also feel comfortable using my key board on Desk top computer. I can type out quickly and can view the large screen. However, in case of Desk top, I need to stick to the chair and computer table, in case of laptop, one can move and even work lying on one's laptop. [dpk262006]
I have only pc with me. I am yet to type in a laptop. But I feel computer will be very comfortable as the keyboard is like typewriter for which I am used to. But laptop is flat and I doubt whether I will feel comfortable in typing. However I am yet to see and decide for myself. [Buchi_bulla]

Well, i like using Desktop much rather than the Laptop, Notebook computers are specially designed for Professional and Business People, though i'm a Professional i use Desktop rather than my Apple book... hi neelimaravi^^;; i also both have but my desktop have gone old and slow because i bought it several years back. it's still working fine but it's a bit slow now so i bought a laptop because of it's portability when traveling. i mostly use my laptop because it's so much faster than my desktop. i don't find it any difficulty since i have a separate keyboard and mouse for it and a laptop cooler stand at home so it's more comfortable and i won't break my neck staring at the monitorlol [Lucky09]
Hello neelimaravi this is checkmail and work on mine PC comfortably, its easy to use for me, as well as good to view it.Yeah true stated the laptops in begining are really tuff to operate, me too tried twice on mine friend laptop but didn't acquire enough control over it.Dut to lot of travelling inbetween i wish to have an laptop, so think of practice it first.But if at home or in a fixed place would always rprefer to have an PC.And think that laptops are too delicate thing, our hard touch like pc can't won't bear it.Anyways enjoy Mylotting. I own both laptop as well as desktop. The problem you mentioned is faced by everybody who are new to laptops. There is one solution available to that today in market, that is wireless keyboard and mouse, once u attach those to your laptop then it will go as easy as the desktop and you will feel more comfortable with the laptop. Hi, neeli. I have a desktop and a laptop. I prefer my desktop because I can use my mouse. On this laptop I have to scroll with the automatic cursor. And, I don't have a mouse. It is so much easier for me to use a mouse instead of going wireless. But since I have went wireless, I am able to navigate my way around a little quicker than when I first started off. [cream97]

I grew up with a desktop computer at home. My mom used to work for HP thus we used to have the most updated computer/technology at home. We stayed with a desktop for many years up until laptops were big already. Now all 6 of us in the family have our own laptop and so none of us have a desktop computer. I use a laptop to surf the internet. I find laptops very portable, fast and easy to use. Also it caters to all my computing needs. I can surf the internet, play games, watch movies, listen to songs and chat with my friends easily from anywhere anytime. I use a USB mouse instead of the touch pad, which I find very irritating at times. You can temporarily disable your touch pad by switching it off. I have both because when my desktop became a little old and slow my husband bought me a laptop and it has been the best thing ever! I work on my computer every day and it is so nice to be able to sit anywhere and not be shut away from the rest of the family in the office. I like to be able to sit in the garden and watch my daughter play or swim while I work. I own both a desktop computer and I also have a laptop. However, if given the preference I prefer to use my desktop because it is more ergonomically comfortable for me. However, because of the fact that I am so addicted to the computer, if I am traveling, I will use the laptop. I think that the main reason that I am not comfortable with the laptop is that I haven't had to use it exclusively for an extended period of time and that does make a difference and I am used to the keyboard being further away from the monitor.
